1. Service Overview

TrainBook BD is an independent train ticket booking assistance service. We are NOT affiliated with Bangladesh Railway or any official ticketing platform. We act as a facilitator and provide booking assistance services only.

2. Service Description

Our service includes:

  • Providing a user-friendly platform to request train tickets
  • Assisting with payment processing and verification
  • Manually booking tickets through official Bangladesh Railway channels
  • Delivering confirmed tickets via PDF or SMS
  • Providing customer support through multiple channels

3. Service Charges

A service charge of 50 BDT to 200 BDT per ticket applies, depending on the route and booking complexity. This charge covers:

  • Booking assistance and facilitation
  • Payment processing support
  • Customer support services
  • Ticket delivery and confirmation

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made via bKash or Nagad as per our instructions
  • We require a screenshot of the payment as proof of transaction
  • Payment must be verified before ticket booking is processed
  • We do not store payment information; you must provide proof via screenshot

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if booking cannot be completed within 24 hours of payment
  • Partial refund (50%) if cancellation is requested before ticket is delivered
  • No refund if cancellation is requested after ticket delivery
  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method
  • Changes to booking details may incur additional charges

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information in booking forms
  • Ensure all identification details (NID/Birth Certificate) are correct
  • Provide valid contact information for ticket delivery
  • Be responsible for payment proof (screenshot) submission
  • Comply with Bangladesh Railway regulations and policies

7. Limitation of Liability

TrainBook BD shall not be liable for:

  • Ticket availability changes due to official railway policies
  • Train cancellations or delays by Bangladesh Railway
  • Loss of payment due to incorrect payment method use
  • Delays in ticket delivery beyond our control
  • Third-party payment gateway failures

8. Ticket Confirmation

  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability from Bangladesh Railway
  • Tickets will be delivered within 2-4 hours of payment confirmation
  • Delivery method: PDF via email or SMS, as per your preference
  • Once delivered, the ticket is your responsibility to retain and present at the station

9. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Major changes will be communicated via our website or direct contact.
